Chicken Mornay — baked boneless breast of chicken topped with asparagus spears and mornay sauce
Orange Roughy — oven poached in sherry with baby shrimp and lobster sauce
Stuffed Eggplant Parmesan (vegetarian) — sliced eggplant with ricotta cheese and marinara sauce, garnished with asiago and parmesan
All entrées include salad, rolls and butter, and dessert. Cash bar available.
Guests are welcome. Please arrive by 11:30 to be seated together.
