REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Membership is $50 per year. The WSAS membership year runs July 1 through June 30.
Luncheons, the annual tea, and special programs carry a separate fee, announced with each event. Lectures are free to members; guests pay $10 at the door, cash or check.
All luncheons and programs require registration and payment in advance. Every event has a registration deadline, published with the event.
Your registration is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email. If you register and do not receive one, contact us at info@wsartsociety.org before the registration deadline.
NO LATE REGISTRATION, WALK-INS, OR REFUNDS
Our venues require final headcounts and meal selections in advance. For that reason:
Registrations are not accepted after the published deadline
We cannot accept walk-ins
We cannot accept payment at the door on the day of an event
There are no refunds for events
If you have registered and paid for an event and find you cannot attend, another member or a guest may take your place. Please let us know the substitute's name before the event so that we can update the meal count and name tags.
PAYING BY CHECK
Checks will be accepted through December 31, 2026 after which all payments must be made online by credit card. Complete and submit the registration form online found on our Join / Renew page.
Event checks must arrive before that event's registration deadline.
GUESTS
Guests are welcome at all WSAS events. At lectures, guests pay $10 at the door.
For luncheons and programs, guests register separately as non-members and pay the guest rate.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
WSAS follows federal, state, and local public health guidance. If guidance changes in a way that affects an event, we will let members know. Please stay home if you are unwell.
PHOTOGRAPHS
Photographs and video are often taken at WSAS programs and may be used in WSAS publicity. See our Privacy Policy.
USING THIS WEBSITE
This site and its contents are provided for the information of our members and the public. Some artwork shown on this site is reproduced with permission or is in the public domain.
CHANGES
The board reviews its policies annually. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
