Diana Martinez, Executive Director of the McAninch Arts Center, will take us behind the scenes to reveal how international exhibitions are sourced, negotiated, and ultimately brought to the MAC. From scouting global artists and curators to navigating complex logistics, partnerships, and creative decisions, Diana offers a rare look at the intricate process that determines which exhibitions arrive on our campus each season. With her trademark energy and insight, she'll share how the MAC evaluates opportunities, selects the shows that resonate with our community, and transforms ambitious ideas into the inspiring exhibitions we enjoy year after year.

Chicken Mornay — baked boneless breast of chicken topped with asparagus spears and mornay sauce
Orange Roughy — oven poached in sherry with baby shrimp and lobster sauce Stuffed
Eggplant Parmesan (vegetarian) — sliced eggplant with ricotta cheese and marinara sauce, garnished with asiago and parmesan
All entrées include salad, rolls and butter, and dessert. Cash bar available.
