If you are registering more than one person, submit a separate form for each person, then send one check for everyone. Write your own name as the payer on every form so we can match your guest(s) to your check.

$50 per member · $55 per guest

Meal Options:

  • Chicken Mornay — baked boneless breast of chicken topped with asparagus spears and mornay sauce

  • Orange Roughy — oven poached in sherry with baby shrimp and lobster sauce

  • Stuffed Eggplant Parmesan (vegetarian) sliced eggplant with ricotta cheese and marinara sauce, garnished with asiago and parmesan
