If you are paying by check, submit the registration form and follow the instructions for how to mail in your check.


If you are registering more than one person, submit a separate form for each person, then send one check for everyone. Write your own name as the payer on every form so we can match your guest(s) to your check.

$50 per member · $55 per guest

  • Oven Roasted Turkey Breast - Turkey with stuffing and cranberry sauce

  • Coconut Crusted Tilapia - Oven roasted and served with mango sauce

  • Vegetable Ratatouille - Vegan puff pastry filled with assorted vegetables and vegan cheese
